CERTIFICATION IN SYSTEMS
GOST R AND ENERGOSERT
The Association ENERGOSERT performs certification of high-voltage
equipment for conformity to safety requirements by issuing GOST R certificate. It also performs certification of
high-voltage equipment for conformity to technical requirements by issuing ENERGOSERT
certificate.

THE SPECIAL FEATURES OF CERTIFICATION
FOR HIGH-VOLTAGE EQUIPMENT
1. It is permitted to test (check) equipment on manufacturing or mounting place by the specialists of the testing centre, which was accredited in accordance with established procedure, determined by the "decision" of the certification body responsible for tests (checks) and/or assessments.
2. It is permitted to take into account the reports of tests, made in testing centres (laboratories), which were accredited in accordance with established procedure.
The period of validity of these test reports does not exceed the interval specified by product standards and/or specifications.
3. Certification tests (checks) of HV equipment are performed in accordance with the special rules and procedures which guarantee the mutual recognition of obtained test results, for example, a representative (appointed by the certification system) from the other testing centre is obliged to be present at tests. It is recommended to involve into assessment specialists from other testing centres.
4. By agreement with the Central Body of the certification system it is permitted to registrate certificates for HV equipment in accordance with the assessment results of test reports of accredited testing centres including the foreign ones. The assessment confirms the product conformity to the requirements of the state standards and its service conditions.
5. Only HV identified equipment should be properly certified for the conformity to safety requirements. The identification of HV equipment can be approved by the certificate and/or materials (test reports) which confirm consumption properties of the product.
